Not to forget, our Samanoo, and the ever-popular Ghotab, deep-fried almond dough confections that melt in your mouth, leaving a whisper of cardamom and rosewater behind. Our Gluten Free  pastries are Nokhodchi (Chickpea flour cookies), Crispy Rice cookies and Coconut puffs. We should not forget our Walnut puffs, a sweet protein infused treat!
