Ever heard of the name "Shiraz"? Well the city is famous for its grapes. It is also famous for culture and history, and best of all, it has this very well known dessert! Its crispy frozen noodles served with lime juice and/or sourcherry sauce. It is very delicious and has a wonderful texture.
